The Law office of Rozsa Nagy Rozsa Gyene Rozsa Nagy/Gyene is rude, very pushy, interested taking advantage of innocent people and threatening to extract money Glendale California

I went to see Rozsa for free consulation of restatment of my old trust.  I asked Rozsa to show me typical trust doccuments she will prepare, but she try to avoid finaly she took out one binder said it some one else trust would barely let me glance thru, she did not spend time answering questions, but at once rushed me to fill out questionaire some of i filled out and others i told her i did not have and i will have to send her.  

while our meeting she constantly was checking her cell phone messages and said she having busy day, i kind of found odd she being profesional and in business meeting paying more attention her personal messages and intrupting our meeting. 

I told her i have list of charities i want to give as beneficiries but did not have the complete inforation, her response was who and why give to charities?  I said i am any one of those. I thought that was unprofesional suggestion and remark coming from attorney preparing my trust.

I asked her the fee of $575 includes prepareing of all the doccuments and does not include any surprises first she said yes but later at the end of our conclusion she said there is going to be fee for notarzing of the 15 to 16 pages of signature and that would cost $150 or more.  I told her normaly notarizing of the documents are part of the attorney service included in the fees but she said no.  I feel she she was just trying to hide the surprise untill she gets her fees.  Shhe said i might be able to get my chase bank to do it free, which i said i will check but they dont notarize the will document.

She gave me the contarct agreement and fee contract to sign and give her the payment of $575, I signed the contract as she was rushing me not realsing that she is conartist and unethical lawyer,  but did not give her the money, i told her i will have to send her by check, so she told me to make the check paid out her different last name rozsa Gyene as her bank account is on different name as she had no time to change her name as she is busy, which i kind of found odd, she is attorney and why she has put an effort to change her legal name, her reply was its difficult process to change, has to go thru procedures and it is not easy.  I thoiught it was kind of odd as she is lawyer. and finds it hard to change her name.

Rosza was disppointed that i did not pay her the money at the time of contract signing, which gave me the impressin she is not going to do any work until she recieves her money and all the information she gets from me to prepare the trust. 

On 6/27/17 Rozsa called me about the information and the retainer fee she has not received and i try to explain to her that my wife is not well and she has gone thru multiple surgeries from breast cancer and not in position to make decisiions on healthcere question and i have not got full inforamtion on the charities, Rozsa said she can still prepare trust without that information, Rozsa replied so you what you want me to do i have already prepared several pages of yoour trust and now you dont want? She was very rude, agressive and pushy and angry and would not let me finish my response or sentese, i told her under these circumstances i dont feel comfortable with you and would not like to prepaere the trust documents and to cancel my contract.  Rozsa response was i have signed the contract which is legal and will take lagel action to  collect the attoeney fees and court cost.

I feel she is just hungry for the money and does not care to give any service to client, she is very rude and using her legal experience to manipulate the customers and theratens to extract the money which she did not earn.
