The Lawnmower Shop No repair work done/won't refund payment Tahlequah Oklahoma

I 've had problems with this company in the past (poor repair work on lawnmowers, trimmers etc) but decided to give them one more try. I brought in my chainsaw (wouldn't start) for repair. When I returned to pick it up, the repairman ( who I later found out was also the owner) told me that the carberator had only one (of 2) bolt attaching it to the motor. I half-jokingly asked "You did replace it, right?" He replied in an irritated tone "Of course. Why would I not?".

  When I got home I started it up (it was hard to start and ran rough) and used it for a few minutes until it stopped running and would not re-start. I removed the motor cover and found, to my amazement. that he had in fact NOT replaced the bolt attaching the carberator. I found the missing bolt covered with dirt and debris (it had clearly been there a while), cleaned it off and replaced it. It was very difficult to install. I had to grind down a hex wrench to fit the narrow space and it took me almost an hour.        

I returned the next day to the Lawnmower Shop and aked the lady at the desk to call the owner or manager and told her that the repairman had done a dishonest job. She brought in the owner (he was also the repairman!) who was already upset and yelling. I showed him the close up pictures I had taken, which clearly showed the missing bolt. He became very belligerent and said "that picture doesn't prove anything" and refused to refund my payment ($53.08) 

I will not go back to the Lawnmower Shop and would not recommend it to anybody else. I have also heard from others with similar problems there.
