We have purchased an ice machine MIN 100 100Lbs on 1/5/12.Since then we been able to use the machine only for couple of days.We have called them and send them an email so many times until this time $1195 machine cost me more than itself first they have told me to put a filter behind it we did nothing happened after they told me that the pressure is low when put a new plumbing line to it and interesting part is they are telling everything on the phone.Finally I told them to send me a technician because every time they say something it goes out of my pocket.We always speak to Mr Alvin Ganaishlal he always say something but the at the end nothing happens and they are expecting the time pass and we loose our guarantee.Finally they told me it is because of the valve that controls the water flow,and it has to be replaced and they have promised to send us the piece and they told me that my refrigeration guy can install it and they have to pay the guy.And guess what we never heard back from them neither the part has arrived.When i called them MR Alvin told me that he is sending???Why wait???Then the part arrived Our guy has installed and guess what?Its not working.Of course I did not expect them to follow up and see how is everything going? I called them again.2 weeks ago Mr Alvin told me that they have probably have to change the Ice Machine,and told me that they can t keep sending parts. Of course it does not matter how much I spent,it matters that have send me a valve. I am so tired I am really tired because of this. I spoke to Mr Alvin week ago he was suppose to get back to me about what they will do about it but of course we did not hear back fro them.I have sent an email,but the email is no longer available its getting back to me. I just called them but no one is picking up the phone. So I am stuck. This is first time I see such a company.
