The LipoBan Clinic ripoff waiting for my refund Boca Raton Florida

i order the product around the last days of august, and returned the empty bottles after 30 days. till today i have not gotten my money back, instead i got a newspaper ad with a post-it note saying "lilian, try it, it works! Dr. M". i have called the phones numbres but they have been disconnected. did they disconnect their own phone numbers because they know people have complaints and would be calling them? i guess so.

I want my money back not letters telling me to try it. i already did and it does not work. it does not say anything about sending copy of check or proof of purchase, it just says "return the empty product container along with any unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price." i just want my money back as it is promised in the ad.
