the luxury auto network this is not a real or legit company. i gave them all of my information a month ago. i called numurous times, left plenty of emails, and the hiring manager never returned any. i finally got ahold of someone who i thought would help me. his name was larry. he is the hiring managers boss. when i spoke to larry,i was very surprised at his response. he told me that he doesnt have a contact for frank, the hiring manager under him, and that theres nothing he can do for me. what kind of company is this? not one that deserves to last. this company has no type of order. very sloppy and unorganized, but most of all, very unprofessional and disrespectful. please be aware of this company before you go and give them your info. Mr. Speaks,

This report is completely false, inaccurate, inappropriate, and uncalled for. We respectfully request that you remove this false claim about our company. We have records proving the many calls between you and our customer service representatives. Let's take a look at some of those:

You applied for a job with us on Friday, 3/7/2014 at 6:46pm. You completed your job application at 7:34pm. We then spent 3 days calling you to get a copy of your drivers license so we could move forward with processing your application. You finally sent it in, after harassing 3 of our HR team members, on Wednesday, 3/12/2014 at 5:20pm.

We then sent out your New Hire Packet just minutes later at 5:51pm. You completed it a day later on Thursday, 3/13/2014 at 10:20am. We then explained that it would take 3-10 business days to receive your background check and motor vehicle report results and make a decision regarding your employment.

You called in the very next day on Friday, 3/14/2014 at 12:50pm. You spoke to (actually, screamed at in a very harassing tone, according to the notes) Rachel regarding your application status. You said you were "ready to get going already" and you were very concerned about whether or not you "got the job." This obviously threw up red flags in our HR department when you acted so hastily and demanded to know if you were hired only a day after we submitted the order for your background check and motor vehicle report when we clearly explained it would take 3-10 business days to receive the results and make a decision.

You then proceeded to call us again just 3 days later on the following Monday, 3/17/2014 at 4:35pm. You spoke to Lance who simply noted "very rude, spent 4 minutes telling me how ready he is to get started already, and keep saying 'I want to move forward already!'" We again explained our process and told you it would take 3-10 business days and that if you did not receive a call from us by Thursday, 3/27/2014, you should call and speak with Joe who was then in charge of verifications.

You called us 3 days later again on Thursday, 3/20/2014 at 3:03pm. This time you spoke to Amber, and she noted "he has been waiting to hear back from hiring manager about starting, he's very eager and pushy, I provided him the number to the hiring manager again."

We received your results on Tuesday, 3/24/2014, and began calling you to help you get scheduled for training. You didn't answer, so we left messages. We proceeded to call you once a day, every day, for 3 days leaving messages for you to call us back.

You finally called us back the next Monday, 3/31/2014 at 1:28pm. You spoke to Danielle who noted "he wants to know when he will be contacted to schedule training. He is anxious and seems very nervous. He says he has emailed Larry and Frank and other people in our office several times and they just keep telling him to be patient. I advised him I would get him scheduled for training and call him back by the end of the day with details."

We then tried calling you back later that day at 3:46pm. You didn't answer again. Again we tried calling you for several days before giving up.

You called us back again a week later on Monday, 04/07/2014 at 1:05pm. You spoke to Amanda who noted "He stated he has emailed Frank several times and has had no response. I explained that he needs to attend and successfully complete training before he can begin working. I don't know why he keeps emailing Frank or how he got his email."

We tried to call you back again later that day at 4:18pm to schedule you for training, and you would not answer the phone again. Not a big surprise, but we tried calling you for 3 more days to no avail.

You called us back again a week later on Monday, 04/14/2014 at 10:24am. You spoke to Lance who told you we are no longer interested in working with you and wished you a "pleasant day."

Apparently, on Tuesday, 04/15/2014, you decided to post this defamatory "Ripoff Report."

Unfortunately, we did not notice it until today, Wednesday, 10/22/2014. I wish I could have replied sooner, however, our business is not only alive and well, but business is booming and we are doing extremely well so I wouldn't have had time to make such a rebuttal earlier anyway.

For anyone else reading this article, The Luxury Auto Network is infact a legitimate company. We are obviously not a scam or scheme. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws. We are a global luxury automobile brokerage firm and we conduct business all throughout the world with hundreds of new independent brokers in the US being hired, trained, and employed on our nationwide purchasing team every month.
