The Marketing Advantage seeks victims to buy vacation packages to various Wyndham Resorts. The certificates have no value as when you go to the Wyndham Preview Center(s) they force you into a sales presentation of various time limits. In Florida it is supposed to be 90 minutes but often go hours overtime. In N. Myrtle Beach, S.C. they contract for a 2 hour sales presentation but hold you against your will for at least 5 hours. You cannot leave or they will revoke your hotel voucher, $358, and your promised $50 restaurant certificate. This company has more company names listed than employees. Wyndham has sales employees that give glowing reports of their purchases on various blogs. Google 'wyndham complaints' and you will see the Wyndham team in action.

When these marketing reps call you to go on these vacations, you agree from the bery beginning to go through the presentation. The phone calls are recorded for quality assurance, so that people are able to go back and listen to the original conversation. They have a script they have to follow which states, you do agree to go through the 90-120 minute timeshare presentation after which you will receive your hotel voucher, if the script is not followed the rep is fired on the spot and I have witnessed it happen. I worked there for four years and the only reason i left was for family reasons; but, the biggest annoyance of the day was when people like you would come in and try saying that the tour had never been mentioned, when in fact it had been mentioned from the very beginning and you were NOT LISTENING to the rep who had called you. I seriously doubt that fourtune 100 company would be pulling scams. Think about it.
