I received a letter with a check for 3998.00 telling me to go to Walmart and spend $60.00 and do an evaluation and then go to two seperate Money Grams for $1700 dollars each and send them to two different locations. I was to keep the merchandise I bought from Walmart and the $400 was my payment. If I did this correctly I would make $600 a week for 3 months then $800 after 6 months. I called the person Frank Murdock was the name given and he gave me some instructions and said it needed to be done within a week. I was leary so I planned to deposit the check and see if it cleared first. I started to research this company and found this site, I am so glad that I did, because someone else reported the same company only different addresses and phone numbers. I had the check destroyed and didn't even try to put it through my account. You saved me from going through with it, thanks Nancy for reporting this. I am sorry it happened to you. I am not sure how they got my information but beware.
Names used are: Rick Nash, Tara Fields and Frank Murdock. They had a check that came from the Grand Bank Dallas TX.
