My son married in his twenties to a girl who had Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic terminal illness. Her wish was to live normal if only short lived, in love, marriage and a home.

They moved to Mississippi, bought a home with a loan from The Money Store. After paying for years, his wife's death, grief, stress, and medical expenses overwhelmed my son.

The loan with The Money Store behind 5 months was remedied by a Forbearance Plan. Documented Western Union payments, met constant harrassment, threatened foreclosure, claims of non-payment, returning payments, false fees and untrue statements.

Two months before the end of the 18 month forbearance double payment plan, he was told he owed thousands more in fees. First HomeQ Servicing tried to fast force another "faxed" forbearance.

HomeQ failed to send documentation of expenses/fees or why another forbearance plan was due and my son refused to sign. His last payments were returned and they filed foreclosure.

This rip-off situation initiated a visit to a real estate and bankruptcy attorney. No solution for victims! Filing Chapter 13, is a similar double payment plan and Chapter 11 you walk away.

If you make your payments, enough is enough! Why continue a relationship with a Brown Recluse Spider? It's bite and web of members will eat you alive like the flesh-eating bacteria.

Chapter 13 or hiring an attorney is throwing more good money after bad. The innocent paying the guilty, or betting on the Lotto for justice- both legal systems are corrupt. Walk Away!

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy,remove all debts. Intangibles can far exceed the value of equity or down payments. Pretend your payments were rent but you got to write the interest off taxes.

Work more, save and pay cash. Borrowing from vermen is always fatal!You can spray poison on them by joining a class action. My son is interested in Mississippi suits or any class action.
