The MRA Group MRA TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING! Cerritos California

The MRA Group is a SCAM A RIP OFF AND A CON!

We hired MRA in Feb 2013 to do a modification on our home loan and paid them $2500 to make this happen. They were so professional on the phone with words like 'forensic loan audit', 'predatory lending' etc..After all, they were the experts and they gave us a 100% money back guarantee (minus their $750 processing fee) When in fact it was all a scam to get our money.

We gave them money, sent all the documents they asked for. They in turn submitted the paperwork to JPMorgan Chase. Past that they did nothing. They promised that we would get an update every 10-12 days when in fact they did not. I had to call and email and fax multiple times to get a one sentence response that 'we are working on it and everything is going well). HOGWASH!! We got a letter from the lender notifying us that we did not qualify for HAMP. After more DAYS of attempting to contact MRA, i got an email needing updated documents. I faxed them everything they needed and got another letter that we did not qualify sstill after they submitted only SOME of the required paperwork! Upon the next letter from Chase informing us that we need to short sell our home I began again attempting to contact MRA about our 100% refund guarantee. Imagine this,,,NO RESPONSE!

After 3 weeks I finally get an email from a Mr. John Brown with this long story of how they are working on the modification and it is in underwriting and that everything is going great. Then another letter from Chase and my demad for a refund is stringent and,,,NO RESPONSE.

Now desperate to save our home we have had to resort to filing chapter 13 bankruptcy and will have years of after effects from it but hey at least my family will not be living in a box in a back alley somewhere because we lost our home do to putting our trust in The MRA Group!!

To date: I do get a modification,,,NO IT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH MRA!! It is a direct result of filing bankruptcy that they are modifying my loan. I have spoken at great lengths with different department personell at Chase and they have all assured me that The MRA Group had NOTHING to do with our modification. That our modification was done In-House. HAMP is not something you need someone to take your money to do for you. Found this out the hard way. Just go to your lender. They cannot refuse to consider the HAMP modification but you do have to qualify for it. We did not.

MRA sent a document giving authorization to speak on my behalf on Oct. 16, 2013 that bore mine and my husbands signatures with the date of Oct 16, 2013 typed in. The document they submitted we had NO knowledge they were doing that. They had a document with our permission from Feb. when we hired them and when we filed bankruptcy it became null and void. Due to my demand for a refund they gave Chase a false document to gain information and then sent me an email that we were approved and congratulations. WOW REALLY??!!

MS. MARY SMITH, MR. JOHN BROWN, MR. BOB NEWMAN, MR. JACK CASTILLO JR., MS. JASMINE MENDEZ ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS AND THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP FOR DOING THIS TO HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT TO PAY THEIR BILLS AND SAE THEIR FAMILY HOME!

THIS IS ONLY MY FIRST POSTING ON A PUBLIC SITE! I WILL NOT STOP HERE! I AM GOING TO PLASTER THEIR NAME ON EVERY LOCAL MEDIA AND NATIONAL MEDIA NETWORK IT CAN AND WHO WILL LISTEN TO WHAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE DONE! I AM ALSO CONTACTING THE SECRATARY OF STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE BBB AND ANYTHING ELSE I CAN THINK OF OR FIND IN ORDER TO LET THE PUBLIC KNOW EXACTLY WHAT A RIP OFF AND SCAM THIS MRA GROUP REALLY IS!!

Consumers BEWARE!! DO NOT trust THE MRA GROUP!!! I have now had to retain an attorney to go after my refund and they can KMA if they think I will let them keep the $750 processing fee (what a joke) plus damages and all costs associated with having to go through this because they are liars and thieves!!

Dont be a victim of a scam like this like we have been! They might sound great and like they have it all together but they practice that crap so they can suck you in and get your money!! Go to your lender...THEY WILL HELP! They really dont want your home, they want you to be able to pay for it and have a lot of avenues that can help.

I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THE MRA GROUP IS OUT OF BUSINESS!! THEY SCAMMED THE WRONG CRAZY MENAPAUSAL WOMAN~~
