They just mailed a memo soliciting an enrollment fee for discounted home services like $12 for lawn cutting if 30% of residents in the area sign up. I ask how my community is going, they said they reached the 30% - in a few days? Unlikely. Seems like a rip off. Beware.

The National Homeowners Associations is stated in the memo has a non-profit and they told me in Florida, but there is not listing for that name in the FL government filings. No one picks up the phone. I can leave a message. The Hoffner address that's listed is near me but they said I can't stop by as it's only a mailing address. The onlive chat won't give me the EIN number of this suppposed non-profit = which is a normal request for donors to ask of non-profits - they said they'll inquire and get back to me.

I've since ask them to come out and present to my community about all the discount services they offer - like 3 hrs of maid service for $35. Painter for $13 a hour - if someone drives to your house with the high gas prices that's about $13 taken up each way. Too good to be true. Beware and someone stop and report this person and business

National Homeowners Association is Legit

AUTHOR: Solomon Williams (President) - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, May 14, 2012

Dear Readers,

It is very important that we never judge a company based on the complaint(s) of a very few. In our case, the National Homeowners Association serves tens of thousands of customers weekly. During the last 3 years we have only had 43 complaints to date. That's less than 0.00006667%.

I noticed that somone mentioned that we are not registered with the state of Florida as a non profit.  This not true. Please visit our registration at the Florida Department of Corporations. Here is a direct link to our registration as a non profit

The National Homeowners Association has always been an accredited association with the BBB up until we found them to be conductng fraudelent activity. We have joined forces with other senators, governors, mayors, and ABC 20/20 to find that they operate a "pay for play" model. That's the terminology to describe "As long as you pay them, they will give you an A rating". To provide an example of this, they awarded a terrorist organization an A rating(see report). We have maintained an "A-" rating up until we decided to not use their pay for play model. To watch the ABC 20/20 special and to find other claims that support their illegal activity visit BBB ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

We recently had an HOA inform homeowners we were a scam. After a more thorough investigation, they sent a letter apologizing to the homeowners for the mistake they made. As a result, we had a record number of signups. To read this letter go here: Vista Community Association Management Company

The East Orlando HOA also wanted to show their support. Visit East Orlando HOA Response to Homeowners

Aside from all of the above, we have generated more than $500k in revenues for entrepreneurs, while also helping to keep the homeless off the streets of Orlando Florida. While most of them do not have transportation, I have purchased a van to help them with transportation to and from work. We help them by allowing them to distribute memos to our homeowners.

If you have any questions or would liike further clarification on any of the above please feel free to contact me or respond to this thread. I am doing everything I can to show that we operate a legitimate operation as you can see.

(please excuse any typos, this response was not proofread for errors)

Many Blessings,
Solomon Williams
