Olivia's the sales extraordinaire s professionalism in coordinating the sale was exceptional, she did and promised the world to alleviate my concerns regarding their product and the genuineness and superiority of their jewelry.
I have all of her lies and deciet in writing as we created my ring over the net and all my concerns were responded to and quashed via email.
I regret buying my stone set in a ring sold on their web site. The ring and stone ordered look completely different as that which is described in their images. My ring and so called natural stone cost $3600 AUD BIG MISTAKE.
When it arrived the value stated on the package stated $150 described as costume jewelry. When I questioned this they said this was essential "to save importing taxes and fees" ripping off the government too. Well to make things worse I opened my ring examining it closely I noticed my sapphire looked nothing like what I ordered in colour, the actual setting was nothing like the one I ordered VERY POORLY MANUFACTURED. I ordered square I got a somewhat square oval which is out of proportions some sides more rounded then the others its quite obvious to the wearer trust me.
The four prongs which hold the stone in tact you have 3 which are visibly there and holding the stone and the fourth which is barely visible and paper thin can be bent out by had. Such a poorly put together piece of CRAP but I wear it because this is the wedding ring I choose my husband had his doubts all along but I insisted.
Worse still I had it taken t a jeweler 1 seemed to think the stone was glass, the other said a semi precious stone NOT A SAPPHIRE and definitely heat treated. The jeweler commented the workmanship and metal was out of CHINA.
I will save up and get it reset I dont want to find out any more news on the rubbish I have purchased so I will not take it to a gemologist for more disappointment. I wish this site was available before I purchased my ring, when I looked for reviews on this company prior to purchase I only found one on the BBB accredited website which rated them as A+ sooo grossly incorrect. Since them I have found the NSC flogging their jewelry on ebay I wish I had brought my ring through the NSC via ebay because ebay have a return policy which the company would have to add hear to and I would be entitled to get my money back. and buy something decent/ real elsewhere maybe a walk in store.
They haven't heard the end of me yet.

OUR COMPANY WAS SUBJECTED TO FAKE/FALSE REVIEWS BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE/VENDOR
All the negative reviews on RipOffReport.com were created from Mid 2011 till early 2012 (about 7 month period). A former contractor located in India posted these false reviews. Note the grammar is very poor in most of the reviews and the claims are in many cases outrageous. We filed suit in court to have the dozens of false reviews removed from the internet in 2012.
The judge issues a court order to remove all the false reviews and Google complied on most of the fake reviews that we could find. Bing and Yahoo do not have a legal dept that removes court orders so many of the false reviews still show up.
The Natural Sapphire Company has a near perfect reputation on Yelp, TrustPilot and other highly respected 3rd party review websites. Do not believe the nonsense you read on this website, PissedConsumer.com etc, they were all fake!

He went to the extend of giving them false identities and coerced them into accepting money for code/technology. We are working for Michael Arnsteins arrest through US authorities

Like your company and product you are a liar and cheat harsh but true, I know the truth hurts.
My question is how many sapphire rings did you sell to Melbourne Australia in Feb 2011?
Let me answer this...... 1 mine your products are sooo good that my poorly manufactured ring pictured in this report broke a month ago I had to have it repaired.
Evan you know in the special report provided with your product purchase, there is a nasty little terms and limitations section on the paperwork 5 little things that you have put there to protect you and your company from your real Deceitful tactics and Fraud, I know of no other jeweler that needs these terms and limitations to guard or protect them from their genuine product.

Identification reports are not guarantees, valuations or appraisals and The Natural Sapphire Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the reports issued or the articles described in them. Each report contains a description of the articles tested based upon tests and techniques used by the TNSC at the time of examination.
WHAT THE? If your product is what you say it is and you do the testing you write and specify on your website which I now strongly doubt... the above limitation is void and irrelevant and so are the other 4 you issue on your paperwork. By the way buyer some of the stones state they have a Gemlogical Institute Of America report I have cross referenced the identification of the report numbers to stones they are providing with the GIA data base these certificates with and the stones and reports they are offering are not listed with the GIA FRAUD

This is a fake post made by Prashant Telang of Transpacific.in. This man is trying to extort us for $100,000. We have obviously not paid this, and he is now posting these malicious lies all over the internet. This above story is an obvious outright lie, bad English and all (Prashant Telang is located in Mumbia, India).
The Natural Sapphire Company has been in business since 1939, and has not sold any "fake" items in it's history. This is pure libel and will not be tolerated.
