The Neat Company They say I owe money I do not owe Philadelphia Pennsylvania

They called my office multiple times a day. The caller ID says "800 service" so I never answer, they also never leave a message. After months of this, starting back in January, I looked up the number via google, which list it as The Neat Company.

When I called the number back they said my account has been past due since February and begin pressuring me for my credit card information “to take care of the problem now for me”. I checked online while I was talking to them to verify what I already knew, my account was current and not scheduled to renew till next month.

What I find interesting is that the calls started well before the February past due date they claimed. When trying to tell the person on the other end of the line this, all I get is more pressure for my credit card information. After being transferred to “a supervisor” on many times during the same call I have just hung up. I don’t have 2 hours to spend on the phone rectifying their issues. This seems to be a matter for the State Attorney General’s Office.
