The New Connection SCAM, SENT REFURBISHED ITEM, STOLE MONEY, VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Midwood New York

This company is running a scam! I really can not believe they are still in business. We purchased a Canon SD630 camera from this company and paid 249.00. After the purchase we were verbally acosted to purchase upgrades. They use hardsell tactics that would make a vacuum salesman uncomfortable! We were assured two times that this is a brand new camera in original packaging.

There company states that within 24-48 hours of payment the item will be shipped. It took two weeks to recieve a camera, only to find out that it was a refurbished camera, had scratches all over it. They make you jump through 5 hoops to get an address to return your item to.

We sent item back priority mail and the confirmation number showed that they recieved the package in 3 days. It has taken 20+ phone calls to finally get a refund 3 weeks after they recieved the used camera. They only refunded 204.00

They verbally abused us on the phone when we tried to explain that restocking fee should not apply to our situation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! HELP PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

STOP THEM FROM SCAMMING OTHERS!!!
