The North Face WORST SERVICE EVER Sharon Massachusetts
Bought a backpack a little over a year ago. It currently is sitting at North Face warranty center, where it has been for 3 months (noe exaggeration, it was sent in November). It became discolored and crunchy after a few months and the sole purpose of the backpack was for school. I thought it was ridiculous it turned this way considering it is "water resistant". I called and spoke to representative Lisa K. who blamed me for the delayed wait because I purposefully placed the email into the junk box. Then I spoke to Adam, a warranty supervisor, who had the audacity to yell at me, "Are you talking to me?!". Did not even offer to reasses the backpack after it has been sitting in storage form months. Most ridiculous and incompetent people ever. I vow never to buy anything from them again even after spending hundreds, probably even thousands of dollars on their brand.
