I requested info for an apart to The Oaks of Collin Creek , received 2 prices: 650/675 with patio for 1b/1b. I went to see it model stink cockroaches/roach & food. Had one employeed sleeping in bedroom. Of model she showed me. She was in rush did not let me see detail and speak too fast like she wanted to get rid of me in 2 occasions I visited. They asked to pay deposit/appl in money order, I went next day to confirm ammout of money orders as i noticed she made mistake in price.
She was at lunch. I went to get money orders and come back and they have rented the apart i applied and signed for and went to get money oorder for. Did not even wanted to offer me the ones of 675 and when i asked she said is now 699. I left money orders for that what is not even ready and she said she will call if approved then she called to say is approve and wanted me to deposit 1,500 intermediately on apart that is not ready TO SEE or to RENT.
Talked me very bad and aggressive by phone and in person. I analyzed and decided i dont want to live in dirty stinky place that i haven't even see yet and pay all that money in advance and received that kind of customer service. I requested my deposit money back to their corporate office that same night by email and now called by phone, and to her directly by email, i sent her a summary email about her behaviour and bad service
how is not good ethic to rent something you offered to me by the time i go buy money orders and come back and that i wanted my money back, she has not respond also she will not let me speak to her manager that afternoon and nobody in corporate office has email me or called im planing get may attorney Tuesday to contact them as Monday is holiday. NEVER GO RENT THERE IS DISGUSTING old, dirty, trashy place, tarshy employees in a good location.Now i know why they have BAD REVIEWS online. Thanks. A person looking for an apartment in Plano TX.
