The Park at Deerfield Glen Hate this apartment complex.  Alabama

There is excessive mold and mildew in the apartment. My hallway bathroom has been demolished and repaired at least 5 times in the last 3 years here. You are FORCED to pay for cablr and internet, which never works properly. We are not able to opt out of those services. Within 24 hours of me submitting this report, someone has broken out the window of my husband's new car. At this complex, they dont seem to care. They keep changing management companies. I have never experienced such horrible service, especially when we are being forced to pay over $1000/month.

Yes, they tack on cable, water, sewer, internet, trash, etc.. I understand water and trash, but the other itens are unnecessary. They even charge you a fee for sending you the bill! Who does that?! A bill i did not ask for! Crooks! Their vendor, Xcellerate Networks, is even worse. They take ao long to respond to your cable and or internet complaint. This complex is running a scam...oh, and get this...i have been here 3+ years. Never missed rent or even been late. But with this new rental company, you have to re-apply at the end of your lease. Ridiculous!
