I went to Dr. Weber for replacement of a partial that I couldn't wear. They applied for me to Care Credit for the amount needed to complete the work, which was $975. They took the money and told me it would take around 8 weeks for me to get approval from my dental insurance to pull a tooth that was fractured and needed to be removed before they could complete the work. I called several times and around 4 months later they finally said they don't take me insurance anymore. So I sent a letter asking for a refund. They never answered. I called and they never returned my calls. I have been paying Care Credit back every month but have never gotten the work done.
