My good friend and roommate Ron Comstock passed away yesterday at 1:45pm. He was more like a brother to me. He has help me with so many projects over the years. He was also a Crew member for HELL RAISER RACING. The saddest part for me is that I didn't get to say goodbye. I am in total shock and disbelief that he is really gone. Thank You for all your help with ONEBADFISH (1967Barracuda) and everything else. I will greatly miss you my dear friend and brother RIP Ron Comstock.

At this point I see no reason to go on with my response but I will.

Eric / Ron, You have never been a customer of The Phone Guy nor will you ever. You have never been in business or owned a commercial telephone system.

If you did you would understand that ALL commercial telephone systems come with a default password that is model specific. (That means their all identical)

For an interconnect company like mine to install a new phone system and not change the default password would be a disservice to the purchaser of said system.

It would be easy for a veteran in this industry to call a number and know what make and model Phone system they were connected to just by the sound of the voice mail instruction prompts.

From that point one could enter the admin password and change the Main Greetings as well as scheduling and critical functional. For that reason all of our installers at The Phone Guy change the password to a unique code. There are 3 different levels of programing and they each have a default password. We do not change the level 1 or 2 passwords that the manufacture assigns. That info  is printed on all the manufacture supplied Documents we forward to the customer. Those 2 password levels we don’t change allow the customer to change the Names, Call forwarding, ringing assignments as well as all speed dial programming.

Anything pertaining to the programming parameters fields of the level we do change the password is programming we don’t want the customer changing as it is critical for correct operation.

So your claim of "He changes your phone system's password so you cannot access it so that the easiest maintenance you need to do, you need to call him" Is False.

Also we have remote access to our systems and we would default this password via remote and wouldn’t charge the customer. Furthermore our hourly rate is $85.00 per hour and has been since 2002. So this $150.00 per hour claim is also not true. Keeping all this in mind, I find it amazing that the owners of this website will NEVER take down Mr Behees obviously fraudulent review.

This woman, Jan Kawa has without a doubt become a menace in mine and my families lives with all he internet stalking and bullying. The fact of the matter is this woman not only used my name in her internet rants and daily on one of her personal face book pages she also began posting photos of me along with comments of a personal tragidy mocking the violence against me going so far as to post a photo taken spontaneously in the privacy of our home, later stolen then turning up on Jan Kawas FaceBook page numerous times. There have been times after weeks or months of being provoked and couldnt take anymore crap from her That I have responded to her and yes I have let her get me very upset, yet I identified my self everytime and consistantly asked and told Jan Kawa to leave me alone remove my name and numerous photos from her FB, She would respond by twisting every word (becaause that is what a BP does)She would ultimately us my contacting her as another excuse to carry on in her nonsense and ranting that have been s****.>

I also feel I ned to repeat myself once again that Jan Kawa is not nor has she ever been a client of any kind of The Phone Guy. She is however the ex girlfriend iof the owner . So now that she wants to deny this I feel my only recourse is to use her own words to prove once and for all that she has zero credability and has in fact drug this situation out for over two years souly out of bitterness and spite. She refers to me as a foulmouthed female...Honestly who wouldnt drop a record amout of F-Bombs at the person who has caused nothing but greif and chaos in your life during a time of greiving both of my parents passing. Brutal is all I can say.

So now with all this said after holding onto emails from Jan Kawa to Mike Taulli owner of The Phone Guy, Who has given me permission to use said emails. lastley Mike, the owner of The Phone Guy has not in anyway, shape or form made any sort of attemt to contact Jan Kawa as hard as this has been on him and the business he built himself over the past 28 years he hasnt so much as uttered her name since before she posted the original review over 2 years ago. Its only been recently that I have started responding to her posts all over the web. I can no longer allow this woman to be a nuisance in our lives or continue to hold us hostage with her cyber attacks  while terorizing not only mike and I but affecting our family members as well. So Jan Kawa instead of repeating your same rant in a new review about my libelous words, stalking not only you but your daughter (Ludacris!)Why dont you do what you keep telling the internet audience you could do because you have all this evidence...Please contact your local authorities, go file a report with all your evidence, file for a restraining order. I welcome the golden opportunity to show the world in a court of law what an evil piece of work you are. Because I promise one of us will leave there with an order of protection...I wont be you. Jan, Im only going to say this then post your emails to prove that you are an attention seeking bitter ex looking for sympathy. You have caused mass chaos in my life, you have mocked personal tragedy in my life not to mention dedicating your entire face book page to me and other websites. You used my name in a review on the internet and your face book so in return I chose to do the same to you. Do cry foul after the fact Quit forcing yourself into my life and trust me you will hear nothing from me. You continue to poke me on a daily bases provoking me then when I respond you cowardly hide and cry wolf yelling from the mountain tops how you are a victim because of some stipd review.

Your claims that we have been putting our dirty laundry all over the internet again another one of your lies. The only person airing any dirty laundry is you with an occasional response from me and as far as Mike goes he hasnt so much as uttered a thing about you in over two years. Customers dont send private emails that say I love you or what sexual things you will do next time you see him nor do they talk about the porn movie they just made. Yet these are all email subject from you to him. 

The Phone Guy acted out on a service call to my home. He deliberately cut a piece of a phone wire off, tucked the rest into my wall, then announced, " I'll bet the phone in the bedroom doesn't work now!" I was uncomfortable being alone with him in my own home. I put him out and sent an email to his business asking that he compensate me for damages, which he admitted to, but refused to pay for. Those actions resulted in my initial negative review. The other rebuttal here from his girl friend falsely implicating me again, is an outrage. It appears that she is doing her part to destroy The Phone Guy business. She has released my full name in her libelous claims, the one person who is not involved in the 3 ring circus between Mike Taulli, Rhoni McDonald, and Eric Lee Behee. Rhoni has a filthy mouth and has been stalking me, along with Mike Taulli. He started with prank calls to my home at night. On Facebook, Rhoni and Mike Taulli instigated their FB friends to attack my account in a useless effort to shut it down. He publicly made immature references to my "actual butthole," and "that demon" he claimed lives inside me because I called him out. Please visit my Facebook page to see the truth. The profile photo that was attached to one of several email accounts Rhoni cyber stalked me from is of the two posing in their underwear. It's a typical day at The Phone Guy office, I guess! (2319 Walnut Creek Parkway, West Covina, has been the office address for years but is soon to change) The photo is inappropriate and immature. I am continuously adding evidence, but it takes me a bit of time, not being well trained on the internet. Still, many of her nasty, vulgar emails, some v/m messages are there, as is proof that she, claiming to be the victim, is viciously attacking my character. She refers to me as a "72 year old f**g hag" at one time, her ex's new girlfriend, now Mike Taulli's ex in yet another exhibit of her unbridled rage. She can tell all the lies she chooses. My story remains consistent. I never met Rhoni or Eric and have no contact with any of the three airing their dirty laundry all over the internet. Rhoni, however, has given me evidence abound. Most complaint sites do not allow for added photos, certainly not as many as I have. I am pleased that Rhoni has shared my name in her rebuttal of 3-13-17, so that all may scroll through her vulgarites and more from The Phone Guy. If you call The Phone Guy, and a woman does answer, I guarantee, you'll hear the same voice that's on my Facebook page!

Oddly, Mr. Taulli chose a Sunday for the service appointment. He was dressed as The Phone Guy. My neighbors witnessed him in the building, as The Phone Guy. One neighbor spoke with him. There is no "ex" anything to speak of. The bottom line is that he was unprofessional and unethical as a contractor. End of story. It is time for Rhoni and her boyfriend Mike to move on and leave me out of their childish fighting. Her vulgar threats and name calling are indicative of her character, not mine.

I am a real customer of The Phone Guy. He publicly made a immature references to my "actual b*h*," and "that demon" he claimed lives inside me on Facebook because I called him out. What started as a negative review, has escalated to complaint reports to counteract the attacks against me honesty, as well as the fact that these three people have made up fake accounts pretending to be me, some, supposedly threatening "Rhoni," two are cyberstalking me, calling and emailing, sending online messages, and admit to physically stalking me!

This is serious and I won't let their efforts go unnoticed. Rhoni is now an employee of The Phone Guy which makes him liable for her actions. The man has temper tantrums, is dishonest, immature, and lacks the common business sense to supress his and her fervent vengeance. It is uncalled for. I speak only the truth.

 I'm responding to Ron C. Who in reality is Eric Lee Behee. Ron died last year and was Mr. Behee roommate. This is just another attempt and hurting the owner of The Phone Guy because Mike Taulli the owner is in a relationship with Behee ex. Eric has spent the better part of two years writing false and outlandish lies all over the Internet trying to destroy Mike's business. Eric eventually teamed up with Jan Kawa who is the ex of the owner of the business and together are almost daily spreading false reviews all over the web. It's sad these two liars are given such a platform to spread their hatefulness while attempting to destroy what a good man built himself from the ground up. No real customers have EVER left a negative review and has never been sued. The Phone Guy customers are loyal and steady.
