Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Nothing but scam artists. Took my money then did not refund. Says they have my signature on file and it is not even my signature!! Seems like the biggest scams ever, including the management that are copied on the emails!! avoid! avoid! avoid!

As stated to this individual, we apologize if he feels he is being wronged or ripped off. His event space was being held for over 6 months. We did make concessions and were not charging additional amounts that were due as per dates set in our contract with him. We were unable to fill this space on such short cancellation notice. We did have to turn away several potential clients over the 6+ months as it was being held and secured for him through this deposit. His claims of not having proper authorizations or back up is invalid and not true. We strive hard to deliver great service and be an upstanding company in our community and are disheartened to hear of his statements and emails of continuously looking to post negative comments across the internet regarding our hotel.
