Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Cincinnati, Ohio and/or wherever else You are in the World?
My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that just a few short days ago, I was Brushing My Teeth like usual and Your Oral-B Toothbrush Broke Right In Half Inside Of My Mouth and Nearly Caused Damage. [continued below]....


Had I Not Noticed The Potential Danger Right Away With Your Toothbrush, then Things Could Have Been Much Worst!


I Never Had Such A Strange Experience With A Toothbrush And Yours Happens To Be The Very First!


YesI Did Report The Incident To Your Oral-B Customer Service Department at Procter & Gamble and I am Very AngryUpset and Disappointed with the Resolution!


For The Trouble that I went through All Your Billion Dollar Company Can Afford To Do For ME is Offer Me Just Two (2) Lousy Oral-B Toothbrush Replacements!


I Think Your Company Can Afford To Do Much Better Than That!


If My Mouth Split Open Into Two (2)Then Would You Offer ME More Product Incentive?


Why Does It Take A Major Incident and/or Disaster In Order To Get You To Afford To Treat Your Loyal Procter & Gamble Customers Right?


Another Thing That I Find Very Alarming Is How Little You Do To Claim Responsibility And/Or Negligence For Your Faulty Product(s)!


What I Mean By That is that When I Reported The IncidentYour Customer Service Representative Never Bothered To Ask ME To Submit Pictures and/or Even The Product Back Itself For A Scientific Examination By Your Oral-B Toothbrush Team To See What Caused Your Toothbrush To Split Right In Half Inside Of My Mouth!




Any Other Company Would Care Enough To Have Their Product Returned Back To Them Except For Yours Which I Find To Be Very Strange, Uncaring, Selfish and Negligent.


Since Your Company Did Not Treat ME Right Despite My Incident and is Not Accepting, nor Claiming any Blame and/or Responsibility for What Had Recently Happened to ME, I am Now Publishing Negative Reviews With Pictures Of Your Faulty Oral-B Toothbrush Product to Show The World What Happened To ME and Hopefully It Won't Happen To Any Of Your Other Procter & Gamble Oral-B Customers.


Enclosed, in the attachments, please find several pictures showing Your Faulty Oral-B Toothbrush for your review and further reference.
