RMURRAY80 ON EBAY / LITTLEROCK ON THE PURSE FORUM
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER & BEWARE ALL PURSE FORUM MEMBERS~ LOOK AT HOW THEY MANUVER!

What a scam!  Ebay seller RMURRAY80/ LITTLEROCK (on the Purse Forum) is a moderator on The Purse Forum who is supposed to be

authenticating bags.... meaning she tells her eBay customers to go to tPF to prove the questionable bag shes selling is authentic. Then either she or her another member authenticates under various their identities.
What

a hustle!
Mirror image bags are amazing these days... they never suspect a thing.
She's just sold the same exact same  Balenciaga bag with the same story twice in 4 days! What do you think... real of fake? See her hustle for yourself...

Look at her the proof, see her own auctions
on eBay:

~ Balenciaga ~

2009 Raisin Covered Giant Hardware 'Work'

Retail Price $1925

"Up for your consideration is a beautiful "Work" satchel in thick and saturated Lamb leather by Balenciaga. This bag has never been used and is in BRAND NEW condition. I just received it yesterday so it's fresh from the store! This bag was purchased at Barney's and I will included a copy of the receipt with the bag. This bag was purchased for $2075 including tax. Raisin is the perfect Purple in my opinion. It is a deeply saturated true Purple and has so much character! This leather is thick and has lovely distressing- truly a great find! Comes with all tags/ care cards, mirror and dust cover. Including Barney's tags."

Whawhahwhat? Let's do the math, she just got it one day, paid $2075 for it and the next day sold it for $675 less than she paid? Really! And then sold the exact same bag with the identical story and pictures 4 days later OMG!

She is outrageous... not even making the smallest effort to hide what she's doing! Unbelievable...
and this is proof of exactly what is going on at The Purse Forum.

Please message these poor eBay buyers mommy2foryou & paleochang8552 to tell them they've been had! They believed the Purse Forums authenticity just like the hundreds of victims! Report rmurray80 auctions every chance you get!

Well, I agree with littlerock about the possibility of still leaving feedback even in the case of a cancelled transaction, this is true, even though they shouldn't allow it, because it gives your buyer the opportunity to slander them if you were unwilling to continue waiting for their payment....having said that, I am trying to find the logic...or what type of person rather, that would receive a "gift" and rather than be honest and tell their benefactor of the distaste for their gift so that they might exchange/return it, they instead re-sell the item at the financial loss of their family/friend. What sense is this? ALso this begs the question, if you can't be honest with your family over a gift, how could ebayers trust you as a complete stranger selling to them? This is maybe a lesson on morals...but one that should be thought of, because it absolutely does not make sense. Also, wouldn't it be more beneficial to you to allow the family memebr to return it and pay that amount of money for something else for you? I know I would much rather have that extra $1000 spent on me than take the loss on Ebay, which  by the way didn't even point out the additional loss you wold suffer between Ebay's Final value fees and paypal percentages. This would bring down your "profit by an estimated $150 extra dollars. I agree, there are MANY sellers claiming they are just showered with all of these lavish and expensive gifts, ths the reasons for no receipts...really?? Don't you think a family member may notice eventually that you weren't carrying these bags and they had NEVER seen you carry ANY of their gifts? Pretty sure they'd start asking what happened to the gifts, and if they found out they were so utterly unappreciated, as well as outright taken for granted, they would not continue to shower you with these items.....am I right? or am I right? Oh you don;t have to tell me, yes, I'm right...have a nice DAY! scammer

POSTED: Friday, January 29, 2010

To the few people who may actually read this report:

From here on out I am no longer reading (therefor responding to) any future responses. If you see that this person continues to accuse me of wrong doings, please don't think there is any truth to it just because I stopped responding. It's just that I can't waste anymore of my time on this nonsense and I refuse to let this person into my life anymore than they already are.

As you can see for yourself, something is not right with this person and it's a very scary that a mentally unstable person like this has so much of my personal info. I have to withdraw completely from this one-sided "coversation".  Not that I had to, but as you will see I have explained every false accusation this person has thrown at me and although they claim they don't believe me, they have failed to say why any of it is not believable. If you'll notice this person has yet to back up anything they are saying. They have not spoken one word of truth and because of that I am officially signing off.

Like I've said previously, I welcome anyone to email me directly if you have any questions whatsoever. Thank you.

Per the instructions of this site:

An explanation that you believe the report is not accurate in some way (PLEASE BE SPECIFIC If you think the report is a hoax, please say so and demand that the author provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened);

I am going to be specific. I think this complaint is a HOAX. I demand proof that you bought a bag from me. What is your ebay name? What bag did you buy? Why did you leave me positive feed back?

Regarding the 400+ bags that you say I've sold. You are going off my feedback sweetie, half of the feed back I have are from bags that I've BOUGHT... LOL. I sell a lot because I buy a lot. If you really think I could be selling fake bags all this time and have perfect, glowing feedback AND be a moderator of TPF you are more dellusional than I thought. I'm done and I'm reporting you to the manegement of this site. It's clear that you are angry, hostile and out for blood. Why else would you bring up so much personal stuff? Why bring up my apartment? Why bring up my looks? Please get a life and stop obsessing about me. Do you have anything better to do? Sadly I don't think so.

By the way, please go ahead and report me to the IRS!! I don't really care because I can back up everythign I've ever done. Again, I have nothing to hide and none of what you say matters to me =)

Uhhh are you 'ALL THERE' Rmurry80? So now you're creating a "wag the dog story". I and the others here are all fake sellers like you? And you are telling us you are a professional eBay seller and Purse Forum moderator, who is has sold 400 bags on eBay and untold numbers off site for ... the love of it?!? Not the dirty money, noooo the money is just accidental this is for the love of cheap and tacky Minkoff and cheesy Fiore bags that are the mainstay of your business. Do you know how to tell the truth?? Really it isn't so hard to admit who you really are. I mean, we already get it, you are only fooling yourself.

What you need to do now is get it through your simple mind that you are not fooling anyone with your absurd lies. There was not a single honest nor legitimate explanation to cover the copious amount of bad business you have put out there.

So my dear "it's not so over" to quote that outdated Sex in the City reference (do you fantasize yourself as SJP or Samantha ROTFL), this isn't an episode of Sex in the City. You just sell knockoffs on the internet, it's not so glamourous.  I have seen your cheesy apartment and your other sad pictures Ms. Horsey face and you apparently have some imagination LOL.  This is real life and you may have much deeper consequences to pay than you realize yet.

Although I found your responses entertaining (though the grammar and spelling was a bit distressing) your lies do not amuse! I am an actual collector of Lanvin, Roberta DiCamerino, YSL, Dior and REAL Balenciaga hand bags. Insults from a crap queen.... a Rebecca Minkoff connoisseur, are... well... they are just precious! Since your taste is only in your mouth why don't you check out your favorites on sale at HSN. That's your level LOL!(((Redacted)))

From now on I recommend that you simply keep your mouth shut, rather than to continue to put your foot into it. Half of what you've said sounds nuts and the other half is just nonsense.  The more attention you draw to yourself the easier it is for the authorities to confirm evidence regarding your purchases and sales of counterfeits and the tax evasion resulting from this activity. STBY ;P

Littlerock/ rmurray80 are you a pathological liar?

AUTHOR: True Blue - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 28, 2010

Don't buy from this person or on sites like the purse forum. If you want a good bag buy it at a reputable shop. What you will get from people like this is a $100 fake bag, for which you've paid $550, thinking you saved 50%! Do you remember me from several years ago on the Purse Forum Rochelle?

Ladies don't get taken, I bought a bag privately from a certain 'purse forum moderator'. I believed everything until I was told from the store itself that the receipt was fake.  And to get my money back a document was required which no retailer will give!

It is so outrageous and the nerve to go on and on! I'm so glad to see you're busted out in the in the open. There must be so many people that have had this experience and I really hope more people come forward.

The evidence is crystal clear, just the fact that you say you are not a reseller when you have sold over 300 bags demonstrates your level of self delusion. However those of us who know you from tpf are well aware of what you do and who you are. I hope you have to answer to those in law enforcement who are just now vigorously investigating the sale of counterfeit goods. I don't think your stories and excuses will impress them!

That is laughable. You want to report every TPF member that sells on ebay? That is upwards of a hundred thousand people. Do you really think every TPF member is scamming people through ebay? No, of course you don't. You just have an axe to grind against me and TPF for outting your fake bag business. I am sorry that you can no longer sell on ebay due to my (and others') reported listings but you're barking up the wrong tree.

Last time I'll say it: I am a collector of bags not re-seller of bags. Everything single thing you've said has been false.

I realize you're trying to get a rise out of me but it's not working. I'm done replying to you and your nonsense. I am over you.

AUTHOR: Emma J - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 27, 2010

Rochelle/LittleRock... I like your "story" about receiving a bag as a present then wanting to sell it to get the cash rather than getting a store credit. Who do you take us for? Idiots? Time and time again, stories like yours have been laughed at by members of the authentication team at TPF... so please don't try it here.

Just like TPF urges their members to make complaints to eBay on genuine resellers who are "not their friends" - I urge everyone to file a report against LittleRock / RMURRAY80 for selling fakes on eBay. We should do the same for all TPF members on eBay... get rid of them from eBay, the lot of them!

We should also make sure that every TPF member who sells on eBay be named and shamed and be put out of business. Because we all know that TPF reall stands for... The Purveyors Of Fakes....!

Oy vey..

AUTHOR: littlerock - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 22, 2010

lol.. Ok. First and foremost I am not explaining myself to you but rather I'm explaining myself to the people who see this and actually believe any of what you are saying.

As far as the "two" Balenciaga works that I have feedback for ONLY one was sold. Even though the first transaction was canceled we still left positive feedback for eachother, because ebay allows you to. I wanted to leave the buyer postive feedback for agreeing to cancel the transaction. I welcome you to message me on ebay and I will forward you, IN FULL, the canceled transaction message that Ebay sends out. Here is a snipet of it:

Dear rmurray80, Here's some good news! paleochang8552 has agreed to cancel the transaction for 2009 BALENCIAGA ~ RAISIN WORK ~ BNWT!! MSRP $1925 (270503586869). The case is now closed. Any Final Value Fee that you paid for this transaction will be credited back to your account.

So, is that clear enough for you? ONLY ONE BALENCIAGA RAISIN WORK WAS SOLD. THAT'S IT. By the way, why haven't you emailed either of the buyers to find out if I am telling the truth? If you're so worried about me selling mirror image fakes, why don't you ask the buyers to back up what happened? You are not even a buyer of my items!! You are completely making up accusations even though you are not a customer of mine, get over it. This fishing expedition is over because I have nothing to hide.

Next up, for the reason that I sold it rather than return it? The bag was purchased for me as a gift on a family member's credit card. If I returned the bag it would have gone back to their original form of payment (because I didn't want a Barney's credit) and I didn't want that to happen. I would rather have taken the loss (again, it was a gift so in reality there was NO loss at all, understand?) and be able to use the cash from the ebay sale on something that I truly wanted. I sold the Raisin work for a price that I knew would sell quickly. Since you are obviously so unfamiliar with balenciaga bags and their resale value, let me explain to you that just because a bag costs $2000 in a store doesn't mean you'll be able to sell it for that price on line. There are so many competitors and people are always looking for the best price. So, I sold it and used that money to buy a new bag from Erica at HGBAGS (a well knows Balenciaga re-seller). I basically traded a Bal for a Bal. There really was NO LOSS FOR ME. Sheesh.

I believe your second question was regarding a New Bal RT Shrug? This bag was bought on ebay for less than what I sold it for. I actually made a small money on that bag =) And you obviously know aboslutely nothing about balenciaga or you'd now that this bag was authentic so I am not even going to entertain the idea that it wasn't. There are no fake Shrug bags. The style was never popular enough so nobody ever made fake shrugs. Not to mention that ANY balenciaga collector would know that the bag in question is authentic. I am sorry that you cannot tell the difference but I can and would never buy or sell fake anythings. I found someone who had a few Shrug bags for sale that were brand new and had been dusty from sitting on a shelf for years. She is a well known ebayer and had an INK Shrug, RT shrug, Greige Shrug and an Olive Shrug. I chose the RT Shrug because I had always heard that Rouge Thatre was the best Balenciaga red ever made. I bought the bag to keep for myself but was dissapointed with teh style. The large fold over flap made it difficult to get in and out of and the size itself was pretty small. So after keeping for a few months and not using it, I sold it. LOL!! Is that okay with you? Can I sell a bag that I have decided not to keep? Sometime you loose money and sometime you make money. I'd say I am about even in the big picture. That is why I don't mind taking a loss on some bags, because I know that sometime I get lucky and can make money on bags. But here's the kicker.. get ready for it... are you ready?? I AM NOT IN IT FOR THE MONEY. I am not selling on ebay to make money, and am a handbag addict and collector- BOTTOM LINE.

I know this is not sinking in for you so I am going to say it again, I AM  NOT A RESELLER. I am a HUGE bag collector and I sell bags that I don't keep. I do not buy bags just to sell them. Do you get it???? This is not a business for me so I don't care how many lies you make up about me. You are not ruining my business because I don't have one.. LOL. I am a collector.

As for the YSL Easy bag. I bought that bag and used it twice on a trip. I couldn't return it so I sold it on ebay. Please tell me what is wrong with that? Do you really think that someone is going to pay full price for a bag on ebay that's been used twice when they can buy one in the stores brand new???? It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. I took a small loss on that bag since I HAD USED IT A COUPLE TIMES.

Next up, as for the RUBY BALENCIAGA WORK, I bought that bag from ERICA AT HGBAGSONLINE.COM for only $1200 and had it for 2 years, so I really didn't take a loss on that bag. I said what the retail price is of that bag but I didn't say that I bought it for that price. I welcome anyone to ask erica if I bought that bag from her...

You are seriously making bogus claims that make no sense what so ever. Please GET A LIFE. YOu are the one who sells fake bags and that is why you are mad at me. I brought attention to the fact that you were selling fake bags on ebay and now you are trying to get even with me. At least I have the balls to explain my selling history and can PROVE that I am not doing anything shady.

I welcome anyone and EVERYONE to email me (littlerock80@aol.com) and I will forward you receipts or anything you want to know regarding my sales and purchases. I shouldn't have to do this but if it will answer any questions, I welcome you! If you will notice the person making these claims has never onced emailed me to ask me anything. All she is doing is dragging my name through the mud as a "payback". Please don't believe a word of it. I know exactly who is writing this report and am not worried about it one bit. Peace!

I have somethings to add:

Yes, you are absolutely right. I added the response to the feedback to clear up the missunderstanding that you created. By the way, you say that the buyer can't respond so "I guess we'll never know" WHY DON'T YOU MESSAGE THE BUYER?? Is it because you already know that thsi is all BS?? If you were truly worried about that buyer and didn't believe me you'd send them a amessage wouldn't you?? GO AHEAD!! Ask them if they bought my bag. Or better yet email me and I can forward you the canceled transaction.

You asj me why I left a "Thank you" positive feedback for someone who bounced a check? Because I was greatful that they canceled the transaction without a fight and I was then able to sell the bag to a better member with more feedback. I was PLEASED about the whole situation, I was not bitter at that member therefor I decided to leave them a positive feedback. If you notice, I did not say anything like "PAID QUICKLY, GREAT BUYER, ENJOY THE BAG!"

If you look at every feedback I've left for my buyers that is what I leave. I never leave just a "thank you", so if you are smart and are able to put 2 & 2 together you can probably guess that I didn't sell her a bag. The transaction was CANCELED..

AUTHOR: Lies, Lies & More Scammer Lies - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 19, 2010

Since you want to set the record straight, address the main issue.... the 370 brand new bags always sold for hundreds under what you state that you've paid for them.

Tell us why you received a bag you'd paid $2,075 for one day (directly from Barney's with receipt for $2,075) and offered it for sale at $1,395 the very next day? Please we'd all like to know why you chose to lose $680 rather than return your brand spanking new bag?

Can you explain THAT to us... since you are so open, honest and a "VERY PROUD MEMBER OF THE PURSE FORUM" it should be easy, right?  In fact why is it you lose money on every single brand new bag you sell? Is it your way of doing charity work?

Balenciaga~2009 Raisin Covered Giant Hardware 'Work'

Retail Price $1,925.00

This bag has never been used and is in BRAND NEW condition. I

just received it yesterday so it's fresh from the store! This bag was purchased at Barney's and I will included a copy of the receipt with the bag. This bag was purchased for $2075 including tax.

Sold for $1,395 US

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280443432094

And to further address your stories, how it is that you sold and received feedback on eBay for 2 of these identical Balenciage bags in the same week.  Who would send a positive feedback before receiving their $1,395 purchase from ebay, like you claim your seller did? And can you explain the bizarre 'Thank you' to a buyer you say bounced check on you?

And I see you just happened to have been applied the additional feedback response after you where outed...hmmm another coincidence? Since this reply was left as a response to her feedback she can't respond to it. So I guess you're the only one who really knows what purpose it serves.

  • Follow-up by rmurray80 (Jan-05-10 05:56):
Thank you for agreeing to cancel the transaction.

And as for the other bag... just how stupid do you think people are... a 5 year old $1,000 Balenciaga bag with the brand new pristine bag, fresh sales tag still attached, and all of the cards perfect white uncreased and  fresh folded dust bag? You stated in your listing it is "Perfect, brand new condition (for real!!), has never been used - not even once.!"  Really a five year old bag hmmm. And all of these sales were within  a couple weeks of each other, why that's just fantastical. And you are openly soliciting eBay buyers for off site contact to sell to them in the infamous Purse Forum chat rooms... you are quite a piece of work!

Balenciaga ~Rouge Theatre Shrug 2005!

Brand

new w/ tags, never used! A hard to find classic!

"Perfect, brand new condition (for real!!), has never been used - not even once.!"
I am a VERY proud member of The Purse Form, so please message me for me screen name.

Sold For:US $995.00

Here is another good example one of your unusual "money losing" sales. That is an interesting concept, buy high sell low. Unless of course you are passing a a mirror image bag you've paid about $150 for and then pocketed $1,000 after selling? That math would work Rochelle... is that what you are doing?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280417965670

~ Yves Saint Laurent ~2009 Large "Easy" Bag Retail Price $1295 + tax

This bag was only purchased a few weeks ago from the Madison Ave NYC boutique for $1305... My loss is your gain. I am a proud member of the purse forum (please message me for my name)

Sold For:US $1,150.00

And yet another ... gee this time you sold your new, '2 year old bag' for only $400 less than you paid. Let's see $1,195 minus $150 equals ....

Balenciaga ~ 2008 Ruby 'Work' Retail Price $1,595 + tax

New condition. There is absolutely no wear on or in the bag what so ever.

US $1,195.00

Do you know that counterfeit

selling (especially at high dollar amounts) is a serious felony worthy of jail time? Do you know LVHM & Richemont are actively prosecuting organized counterfeiting and that all major Internet sites doing this are being investigated? Many have been indicted and site close down already and more every single day. Do you know that every single sale can be fully traced

forever and is prosecutable as fraud if you have just offered false receipts and documentation? You have nearly 400 traceable sales on eBay, and more off the books sales from TPF. Do you know that tax evasion is a crime and the IRS is checking to see if you paid taxes on these sales Rochelle? Do you know tPF site has been and is being monitored for all of these issues?

There have been copious complaints about the Purse Forum and it's eBay seller/moderators.
Because

of copy rights infringement eBay has serious responsibilities to make public efforts to notify the FBI's IC3 division about organized illegal sales going through their site.
Do you think you and your group haven't been noticed after so many sales and years of consistently outrageous behavior? Is there anything you'd like to add now? We'd all love to hear your newest stories. Maybe we'll just read about it in the papers. ;p

Combatting lies

AUTHOR: littlerock - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 12, 2010

My name is Rochelle and I am the person who has been called into question by the slanderous annonymous user above. First and foremost I have only ever sold authentic items. Anyone with half a brain and an eye for details can see that my items are authentic. I am very sorry that the person making this report cannot tell the difference, perhaps this is the reason they are so upset?

Back to the issue at hand. I sold one Balenciaga Work to the member Paleochng8552. She paid me with an e-check that bounced several days later. Menwhile another member emailed me that she was upset she had missed the auction. I then told her that if my original buyer was not able to re-correct the payment, I would file for a canceled transaction and sell the bag her her (mommy2foryou). Sure enough the original buyer was not able to pay and agreed to CANCEL the transaction. Please, by ALL MEANS, go ahead and message her on ebay. I have nothing to hide.

Mommy2foryou bought the bag and has been completely happy with it. Again, I have nothing to hide. Who knew that this would cause so much attention? Obviously something with an axe to grind is behind all of this.

As for the 05 RT Shrug that was sold a ways back, that was only sold once and was EXACTLY as described. I had recently purchased the bag from a reseller who had found the bag brand new. It literally had dust in all the cracks from having sat for years untouched. I had to clean it up before selling. The was never worn. I am sorry that you can understand this and think its funny. I guess we have a different opinion of funny.

Is ther any other part of my life you'd like to try and ruin? Go ahead..  I welcome anyone and everyone to contact me for the truth. I am littlerock on TPF. Thank you for hearing my side of the story.
