The Quandel Construction Group Cincinnati Ohio Quandel Group Unwarranted Backcharges due to Quandel incompetence. cincinnati, Ohio

  The Quandel Construction Group is a General Contractor in the construction field.  They will delay the shipment of your service/product at their own request, then refuse to pay you what is due after you supply your product or service; claiming that the delay in the schedule is YOUR fault.
   I have looked online through every posting I could find on every job they have ever done in Ohio. I could not find a single instant where they did not back charge a subcontractor for a "delay" in the schedule. This amounts to theft by refusing to pay for services rendered under a contract.  All back charges and "delay" charges will be withheld until you have completed YOUR end of the contract. Then they will refuse to pay your billing, and then YOU have to sue them in order to get your just compensation for services rendered. The will call and REQUEST delays to your shipping schedule. As soon as you agree to hold your merchandise / service, YOU are on the hook. They will wait until the contract is fulfilled, then claim the delay (that THEY requested) caused a delay in other sub-contractors work, and then hold YOU liable for the other subcontractors charges. Then they will refuse to pay the additional amount (even if they get the money out of YOU) to the subcontractor who had THEIR work delayed. (Citing that the other subcontractor did not meet the schedule.)
 
I have looked at every instance of a job done using Quandel as a General Contractor, and have never seen an instance where they did not pit one subcontractor against another. They have even gone so far as to approach other job sites that they do NOT have a contract on, and libel any subcontractor who refuses to pay them off. They are very skilled at filing lawsuits in many jurisdictions, but show a complete LACK of skill at performing as a General Contractor.
 
My advice is to steer as far away from doing business with this "group" as possible. Ensure that you are NOT involved in ANY way with this company, either through direct contract or through subcontracts. Your business will be better off avoiding them. Let your competitors figure it out as they go out of business. Allow every contract that involves this company to pass, then your competition can get the contract, lose THEIR business, and then you will have less competition in the future.
