On May 14, 2008, I paid $197.00 for an online processing rebates at home training. Upon death in my family, I contacted them ask for a cancellation and refund. An email was sent stating that she would be happy to assist me with my request once I provide my original order number. I did submit and then get an email from some guy stating that this refund could
not be handled by email.
I began making phone calls from June 14 thru October trying to get my money back. I made numerous calls per month and kept getting the bs that my refund is in process. This is a bad scam, but especially for people who are unemployed.
There email address is being provide on emails from career builders.
