The Real Estate Education Group (((Redacted))), Utah (((Redacted))) Took my deposit TWICE and I cannot get anyone to resolve it Lehi Utah

They contacted me and said they wanted everyone who attended the Yancey Seminar to be satisfied with the company and I could have a cheaper alternative, so I was offered mentoring.   I gave them a $399.00 deposit.  Then I started doing the course and lesson 1 explained that I would need to make 60 option contracts a month to replace my salary.  Should have told me that upfront.  

my out go every month would be the $200 mentoring fee plus $600 in option contracts!  I cannot afford $800 a month so I exercised the cancellation option in the contract.  I sent it via overnight mail and they signed for it.  Now it gets interesting. They took my depot is TWICE so $399 becomes $798!!!!!

I have been on the phone all morning and I cannot get anyone to resolve this for me.  They are all hiding behind voice mail and no one will call me back.  I spoke to one person earlier and now he will not take my calls.  I told the girl answering the phone that they can except a lawsuit.  They are horrible people.  The 2 people I Did talk to both said they had no authority to do anything and the man in accounting will not speak to me.  

i am so upset right now - they took $798 of my money and I have cancelled the contract!  I spent $40 in overnight mail fees. I called my bank to cancel the debit card but they still managed to take another $399 deposit.

I am going to call my attorney Monday morning and believe me I will sue for a lot more than $798!!!!!
