The Real Estate Solutions/ Laura Stuart BEWARE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! Campbell California

I currently work for Laura Stuart. I was skeptical of receiving my pay when I read this report, but I did get my pay... and in a timely manner. I still work for her and TRESG and hope to continue to do so for quite a while. 

Though my experience may be different than that of the complaint poster. Just wanted people to know this is a reputable company if you are seeking field rep employment and are considering applying. 

Ms. Stuart has been nothing but professional to me, in the 2 months I have been working for her.  

 I'm really sorry to hear other people are going through the same crap she put me through in January 2013. I worked for The Real Estate Solution Group from late Sept 2012 through January 2013. For the first two months I really didn't have any contact with her and spoke mostly to her manager who was located in Birmingham (I covered the northeast part of the state). While no one there was friendly at least they paid...for two months, but by December my checks were WAY lower than I invoiced for. There was no reason or explanation or even an itemized list of which inspections they paid me for and which ones they just arbitrarily decided NOT to pay me for. I was given no explanation for it. For some crazy reason I continued working and submitted my invoice in January, this time instead of $400 less than it should have been, my check was $1200 less. I invoiced closed to $2000 and what was deposited was less than $1000. No reasons given, only complaints from Laura that my work had been late and I was a problem.

Late work, well sure. Some of it was late, but that was only because they continously removed and replaced orders throughout the day in my queue. They would give it to a "floater" and then 3 days later and already 2 days LATE it would be put back in my queue. Now explain to me how I could help it being late? It was almost like a game. If they don't put them in my queue until they are past due, they don't have to pay me for it?

All of this was addressed directly to Laura. She actually called me at 5pm on Christmas EVE asking where orders were and if I was out doing them. She threatened to fly to Alabama to clean up my area and take all her expenses of plane ticket, hotel room, rental car and FOOD out of my check.

I have at least 15 emails from her written in 24pt ALL CAPS and highlighted. They were the ugliest, loudest reading, threatening emails I have ever received from anyone in my entire life.

So I turned in my resignation immediately after they deposited whatever they felt like into my account in January. For laughs I invoiced what work I did for the first 2 weeks of January at the beginning of February like we were supposed to do. Naturally I didn't see a dime of money for that.

So all total Laura Stuart owes me approximately $2100. She is the rudest woman I have ever met, she plays VERY unfairly and anyone who threatens their contractors on Christmas Ever can go rot in hell.

Laura owes me more than 500$. I have a hearing pending with the labor commissioner since Laura refused to obey the law and pay me.  She ignored lawyer at conference and justice is coming.
