the retreat apartments would not fix appliances in a timely manner, would not fix MOLD in apartment Las Vegas Nevada

We moved into retreat apartments, in July of 2013.  We gave the management a list of things to repair, and at the top of list was mold to fix and get rid of. also appliances did not work, we waited one month to get it fixed, and also the wash machine and dryer, this took over a month to fix.

Needless to say we are moving out of our moldy apartment.  We were good people and reported to new apartment manager, all our troubles we had, and retreat's management gave us a bad recommandation and we lost our application fee.  We can not get our application money back now.  We told the trurh and got kicked in the face.

We have a limited income social securty only, so we have a low income.  I am a senior citizen, 100% disabled, and an army veteran.  So money is tight, what little we have.  We are looking for a good lawyer now, and could use some help i finding one.  I think this is discrimination, so could someone help for a veteran.  Thanks for listening and the possibility of help.
