Darrell Rigley is a scam artist.
A great example of his profound unethical behavior is he will solicit his sales peoples clients, who have respond to the sales persons marketing efforts.
Then he will trash them when they question his unethical conduct, ruining your reputation in YOUR community.
HE hires independent sales contractors or affiliates and sets them up to use all of their contacts and centers of influence, then trashes them, slanders them, embarrasses them, and waists your money.
After affiliates have done extensive marketing based on a price, supposedly set in a contract, he will quadruple his fees. and cut commissions to fuel his greed.
Then he will change the wholesalers contract any time he feels like it to set you and your family up for more disappointment and grief, then change it again within hours.
He is a horrible Business person who just wings it.
He will tell you one minute that they are not a loan modification company, then the next minuet he says we are.
All a person has to do is look at their 30 page application and you can see it is a loan application.
People shouldn,t have to submit all of that information for negotiating a defective loan.
It is illegal to offer loan modifications or negotiations and charge a fee.
The reason why he changes course daily is he is clueless and could get you in legal trouble.
Stay away from this company and anything Darrell Rigley is involved in. He is a jock at best and a crook to.
Tell everyone you know to run as fast as they can if the here his name or Loan Reduction Hero

His sales managers are as is clueless as he is.
He even tells people his Alzheimer's is kicking in, which seems to be a great mix with the booze or what ever hes smoking.

Avoid the Rigley Group at all costs!

AUTHOR: Victim100 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 30, 2011

Word of advise, do not do business with this company.  I suspected they were fishy from the start, but was naive enough to enter into contract with them for their principal reduction services.  It's been almost a year and I have not heard anything back from them.  You will never get a hold of them after they cash your check.  Their contract is very vague, and I, myself, let it get the best of me.  Read it carefully and you'll understand that it is all a SCAM.  It will only protect their rights, and none of yours.  You will inevitably lose your home, and live in regret for feeding into the Rigley Group's fraudulent scheme.

After coming to the realization that I was part of a scam, I did a lot of research and discovered there are other companies out there who can help negotiate with your lender for free.  You can also look into short selling your home.  It's so important to work with people you know you can get a hold of, whereas the Rigley Group works out of Florida, and like this report states, they hire independent contractors that could be scatter throughout the nation and they have no obligation to contact you and give you proper customer service.  It was too bad that I didn't do all this research prior to entering into contract with the Rigley Group.  Take it from a true victim, do not listen to what they pitch.  If it's too good to be true, it's because it is.

I wish there was a more public way to expose what this company is doing.  To all the victims out there, please come out and share you experiences.  Do not allow this company to take advantage of more misinformed homeowners.  What they are doing and the damage they have already caused will only continue if you do not make everybody aware what they're really about.

In all my experiences, I have never been cheated like this.  Don't become a victim and please spread the word.  Bring this company down and make them pay for what they've done.

Scam

The rigley group is your TYPICAL FORECLOSURE DEFENSE SCAM. They have reps working from home all over the country with no educational/sales background with ZERO LISNCES. Just a promise that if they use a sleezy unethical bussiness tattics to lie to the consumer whose trying to save there HOME to pay a large upfront fee that they will receive a large commission after the consumer who just got de-frauded to pay over $2000 will get a large sale commission. MEANWHILE THE HOMEOWNER HAS NO PROPER LEGAL COUNCIL AND WILL SOO ENOUGH LOOSE THERE HOME ANYWAYS.

Darrell Rigley is a liar, fraud, and has zero business background.

He is Completely unprossional and will take any money he can to de-fraud any homer.

Do not pay him a dollar he will not fulfill the promise and you will loose your home

I am an Affiliate - There is no scam

AUTHOR: stupidityamazesme - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 13, 2011

I am an affiliate of The Rigley Group myself.  When I read this complaint I was actually SHOCKED.  The Rigley Group states ALL OVER their website that they are NOT a loan modification company, so the allegations of being illegal by charging fees for that are proposterous.  Also, The Rigley Group has a mandatory comprehensive training program that affiliates must attend and it is taught to us that we are NOT a loan modification company as well, nor a foreclosure rescue firm.  We specialize in forensic loan compliance audits, and we also perform optional negotiation services for principle reduction... NOT MODIFICATIONS.

I find it hard to beleive that an affiliate can be so misinformed and have such little understanding of the loan reduction hero program since there is ongoing continuous training calls every week, and affiliates are always kept up to date with what is going on.  The fact that you seem so misinformed about the company, only leads me to beleive that you got mad for some reason and are making this up in order to lash out.  There is no way possible that you could actually think that The Rigley Group offers loan modifications if you are an affiliate, clearly you are making up lies because you are mad about something that is not being said here.

I have had no problem with The Rigley Group, I love the training!  Yes, the affiliate contract WAS amended, and my commissions went down BY ONLY $100.  It is understandable that a company may need to modify their prices as they grow.  I am a grown up and nobody forced me to stay being an affiliate when the contract was amended, I had the choice to walk away.  But why would I?  It is an amazing opportunity and I am still making tons of money and have no complaints whatsoever.

I urge anyone reading this to consider the source and see The Rigley Group's website and how they state they are NOT a loan modfication company.  This will prove to you that the person writing this complaint has to be lying because of something they are not telling the whole story.

If you seriously didnt know what the company does and doesnt do, then you shouldnt have been representing them in the first place.  If anyone did make you look bad in your own community, it seems as though that would have been yourself.  You make yourself look bad and ruin your own reputation if you are trying to sell a product that you know nothing about.

NOT A SCAM - Complainter is just a person with no sense

AUTHOR: complainersannoyme - (United States of America)

How is this considered a "rip off"?  This forum is mostly for customer complaints and you are obviously not a cusgtomer.  You made a CHOICE to become an affiliate with this company and then it appears as though you no longer agreed to the commission pay scale.  You shoud have then found something better to do wtih your time and moved on to another business venture.  Obviously you must be a disgruntled past affiliate.

Also, it is my understanding that affiliates and sales representatives of all companies are responsible for their own actions and they are to represent themselves in a truthful manner.  If affiliates dont represent products correctly and make promises over what the company says they will do, then of course it would be the affiliate who is supposed to look bad and have their reputation ruined, not the company.  The companies need to look out for THEIR reputation when they have a bunch of misinformed and unscrupulous affiliates representing them.

Furthermore, the amount a company decides to pay you for commission like www.cj.com is up to you to accept or reject.  If you couldnt find any way to make money on your own and decided to be an affiliate marketing other business's services, then you have to agree to their commission terms, or just find something else to do.  Nobody forces a person to become an affiliate of another business.  It sounds like you are a major complainer and very childish.  I am sure this poor company that you are unprofessionally trashing is glad to be rid of you.
