Talk about a nightmare. I ordered bunkbeds from the roomstore. The came the day they were scheduled to, but when they arrived, the rails of the bunkbed were cracked. This of course didn't bother me so much since I would rather that they did check these features and accidents happen. So they ordered new rails and came back 2 days later. This time, no hardware was delivered.

Now I am going to miss 3 days worth of work at this point. They came back the following week with the hardware and as they were building the bunkbeds, they found a piece missing. Now they have to come back a fourth day. That was a total of four days of delivery men, and four days of missed work (and of course the 3rd and 4th time they delivered, they did not give windows, so I had to be home all day). (Yes it was finally installed after the fourth delivery day).

When I tried to contact customer service about my concerns, they just wrote me off and said we understand and are doing everything we can, but did not ensure success in the delivery process or ensuring all pieces were present. It is not their fault and did not blaim them of course. Yet each time they had to come out, I had to beg for them to come within a reasonable amount of time. They wanted to push us out a month each time their company screwed up.

Dealing with the manager at our local store proved horrible. We wanted to escalate to the regional manager but they would not give us this information. We wanted to speak with someone who actually could do something for us and return calls, but no one would help.

They have no customer service skills, no professionalism, the store manager in Fairfax, VA was horrible!

If anyone has a regional name and number for us, for the Northern Virginia are or DC area, that would be very helpful to us.
