 My AARP medicare  Rx Plan told me that I was again in the donut hole and my meds for diabetis was now close to $500 each for 90 days I of course could not afford this. They gave me the number to RXHelper. because it came from them I thought it was o.k. I pay $65.00  a month to AArp to recieve 90 day supply for $90 they never mentioned a donut hole.RX Helper assured me that I did in fact Qualify for $49.00 per 30 day supply.I asked for confirmation of that before I decided to pay a process fee of 60 dollars. They sent me an email that I filled out on line.They took $109.00 from my acount and said it would be processed in 2 weeks. I of course haven't gotton anything.I have been dealing with my Doctors office who have been faxing all information.They feel that this is also a scam and feel I deserve a refund. Actually my dr office could have filled this for me at no charge. I emailed a letter August 18th demanding my meds or refund by Aug 22. they claim ther is still missing information and my dr's office emailed them again. I told them I will contact the politicians in Ohio to whom i know and will put anotice of fraud in every senior center and newsletter that I am involved in facebook, twitter, and church bullettin.
