I ordered thier CD because according to their sales rep my son was interested in it, he was not. I sent the package back according to their specifications and was told it would process within 10 days. That was in 12/08. I started making phone calls in 3/09 to inquire about my refund, the first rep, I spoke to asked if I had dusputed the charge with my credit card company ( should have seen this coming) I said no she said she'd get back to me. I called back 3 days later and was told by customer service she couldn't understand why it wasn't done because thier accounting dept approved it in 2/09. Amy assured me it would be taken care of and I should recieve it within 10 days. I called back in 4/09 and spoke with Renee who said the same thing, she would take care of it, she would call my credit card company to see what the hold up was and then call me back, never called back. Called 10 days later and spoke to Renee again and gave me the same story I'll call the card company and then call you back. Never called me or my credit card comany! I called them again today 5/14/09 and was told the reason I haven't recieved a refund was because the company they were dealing within 12/08 was taking the money and not refunding it back to consumer (me). I needed to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Why couldn't they have told me this 5 months ago, I don't know my customer service rep just started and that is what she was told to say! Don't order from them they take your money and that's all they want. They obviously do not use reputable companies when dealing withtheir product.
