The Saum Apartments Saum Ongoing Theft & Discrimination St Louis Missouri

 Ongoing theft: the apartment manager and her maintenance staff have repeatedly broken into and stolen from apartments at Saum. The property is run like a high-school tabloid. Instead of inspecting and repairing apartments, the manager prefers to taunt / discriminate against residents, she has a preference for Asian males. The property has weekly meth and marijuana odors, yet the manager pretends to be unaware of this. Recently, all of the apartments received 10 year old dirty window units, the filters have never been cleaned. This building is 75% over priced, don't waste your money. Oh, did I mention the unbalanced male residents who are stalking attractive females and forcing attention. Apparently 25% of the males are receiving a disability check and not using any kind of soap on their bodies; the smell on the elevator is equal to formaldehyde.
