If you are reading this message you have probably already been ripped off by this company. They are the worst. Their customer service is horrible and their product is not worth the money. You will think you are getting a great deal but by the time you pay extra for installation and pay for all the extras you could have gone to a quality company and paid $22/sq ft and still saved money. The shutters don't fit - they blame the subcontracted measuring company. They say you signed the contract so you can't get your money back. Don't be fooled - there is such a thing called "breech of contract".

I spoke with one lady that took them to court and won the judgement and they still wouldn't pay. Don't bother with the courts - it takes forever. Several dissatisfied customers have received refunds by threatening or actually going to their place of business, preferably on a Saturday as this is their big sales day. Don't interfer with the customers but stand on public property with a sign that says "Ripoff Company". You can tell your story to anyone that asks but don't approach the customers. Good Luck!
