We contracted for this company to rent out our primary residence in Baltimore City after the Air Force ordered us to move to Hawaii (my wife is in the Air Force). They are supposed to collect rent and send it to us (minus their 9% fee). We have had to call them to ask for the collected rent for November, December and January and only did so after we threatened to take legal action. They owe owe us for February and March, they have charged us 10% instead of the 9% stipulated in the contract, they are collecting less rent than we agreed to rent the property for, and will not return our calls. Only later did we learn through the BBB that they have a terrible record and have been sued multiple times by others. Words like scam, theft, and fraud come to mind.  We would like to cancel our contract with them so we can hire another, more reputable and reliable firm.
