I am a former instructor/independent contractor who spent the past two years conducting seminars for The Snow-Cap Agency and Federal Employee Seminars, Inc., or FESI. Many federal agencies and ChFEBC's are familiar with my work and know I conduct seminars with the highest level of professionalism. What they don't know is that I have not been paid for conducting many of those seminars.
During 2008, I conducted 91 seminars for the Snow-Cap Agency and Federal Employee Seminars, Inc. Those 91 seminars generated over $318,000 in revenue for Judy Snow's various companies and I have no idea what happened to that revenue or the revenue generated by other instructors. My contract with Judy Shaw stated that I would be paid 7 days after she received payment from the federal agency or the ChFEBC who contracted for the seminar.
Currently, Judy Snow owes me over $34,000 and what started out as promises to pay this debt ... very quickly changed to excuses two years worth of excuses as to why she cannot eliminate this debt. When her checks bounced, I received no offer of reimbursement for the NSF bank fees that came out of my account. Many travel expenses hotels, food, car rentals and taxis also came out of my pocket and Judy Snow never seemed to care. Let the Buyer Beware.

I am the instructor who posted previously about not being paid. While I received a small weekly amount for several months, the payments stopped two months ago and I was informed if I contacted them again, they'd file harassment charges against me. As of this date, Judy Snow still owes me $27,000.
For those of you who recently posted new complaints, a new company has been created and opened under the name of Judy Snow's daughter to avoid these debts. Check out Snow Federal Seminars & ChFEBC, Inc. at 680 Atchinson Way, Unit 500, Castle Rock, Colorado.
