The Spa Depot is now choosing to try to save money at the expense of it's customers and should go the way of the Do-Do bird. If you try to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (needed for sending anything back) they interrogate you for several weeks, writing a response every 4-6 days sometimes, basically trying to wear you down and make you give up.
Their warranty is vague enough (as are most warranties) that they can weasel out of it one way or another. They made me an offer of $20 off a new item since the warranty didn't cover why my item broke. Problem is, they wouldn't answer if they would charge shipping on the new item, so I'm sure they would have.
Just another example of a company that values it's bottom line more than it's customers or standing behind it's product and we as consumers need to stand up and make a statement that we will not do business with places like this.
