Management has a "my way or the highway" attitude toward tenants. Park maintenance is appalling.  Pool light has been out 9 out of 10 years. Pool and laundry facilities closed at ridiculously early hours and tenants aren't given keys.  Park used to have an onsite gym, now closed while rents continue to rise.  Park fails to enforce guests-only policy at pool, so pools are taken over by hundreds of trespassers on weekends.  

Repair requests (main water valve, electric master switch) go unanswered until you threaten a lawsuit.  After hours emergency number goes unanswered.  Park never seems to be around. Park owner is indifferent to tenants and ignores any complaints from usless City-run "mobile home fair practices commission."    More than half of spaces in park are empty or abandoned, that should tell you something.
