The Timberlinks are double charging for cable services. When they sent out notifications of the change of service provider along with the cost for the services it did not state anywhere that we would also have the pay the Timberlinks. In fact, it stated that the basic cable would be complimentary from the complex. So along with paying Primecast the cable services and DirecTV if you are getting and special channels or DVR service you now have to pay the Timberlinks a $45 cable service. Service for what? They aren't the provider! It is rediculous. My cable bill from the previous company was $90 including internet and now its $150! Its insane! And the new cable service is with DirecTv and always freezes because it is satelite. Can not wait until my lease is up! There are many more complaints with this community! This is just about the cable!
