I have a long long horrible history with this place. The people who work and operate here are complete money grabbing c*nts, these are scumbags, from the cops who work there to most of the judges. Aside from the cops handing citations as they please for no good reason now you have to deal with these motherf*ckers as well. When I was guilty I was guilty I had no problem paying for the ticket or taking the points on my license but when I wast guilty and trying to get justice that didnt work out so well. I been here quite a few times.

Every single time the rip offs managed to steal some money. They claim they know justice and rights and all that bull sh*t but these people here dont know what justice is. This place is a business you wont find justice or truth here, Customers come in, they pay their fines and the corrupt city officials with the judges get to split the money. I had stop sign citation one I was trying to fight, as I entered one of the courtrooms the police b*tch there told me I could either pay the fine and take no points or talk to the judge and see how that goes. So I wanted to explain my case to the judge. The judge the black old b*tch was f*cking c**t Thomasine Tynes, a representative of the city act like a f*cking thug and she called herself a judge. she didnt even want to hear it what I had to say pay the ticket take the points. Twice I have come across this b*tch both times she never heard what I had to say. F*cking degenerate ghetto crack h*e. Once I came across another judge I dont remember his name but I told him what happened, he said ticket will be taken away I didn't have to pay a thing and no points on license. I was shocked to speak to a rational logical human being. Thats the only time where I got justice from this place. This city is Sh*t Traffic Court of Philadelphia they should change their names to Traffic Thieves of Philadelphia robbing you blind since this sh*t dumb was build in the 1800s.
