PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / CYBERSTALKING / CYBERBULLYING / REVENGE POST
EDITOR’S COMMENT: Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses. Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way! Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment. In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information. In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author. Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.
The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, Ripoff Report made the decision to update this Report because it did not conform to our current policies and/or current Terms of Service. Under normal circumstances when applying this new Policy to other Reports, Ripoff Report would simply redact the identifying information from the subject Reports and leave the remainder of the Report content. In this instance, because this Company is an existing CAP Member Businesses, and given the unique way that Ripoff Report has serviced its customer with advertising and other benefits and services, ROR has agreed to redact from the this Report the original author posting content and replace that original author content with this Editorial Comment.
CONSUMERS: Be kind. Keep it honest. Keep it fair. Stick to the facts. Do your research. Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

NBCS, Transition Companies, Ted Solomon, Strick Hullender, (((REDACTED))) are all involved in the same antics As you have no doubt already read in this referenced article, the US Department of Justice has been notified that business owners do not seem to get what they have bargained for when they contract for services with a company associated with Ted Solomon, Strick Hullender, and company. (((REDACTED))) NBCS and now Transition Companies have too much in common, namely, the same cast of characters have been involved in all of them. Hullender bought (((REDACTED))) (((REDACTED))) worked for (((REDACTED))) and was an executive at (((REDACTED))) . Ted Solomon has been involved in all of them. He trained most of the NBCS independent representatives and is listed on the company organizational chart for Transition Companies. These guys look smooth, dress smooth and talk smooth. Make sure if you are approached to do business with NBCS, (((REDACTED))) or the Transition Companies, that you look very, very, did I say very long and hard at their list of promises. Make sure that the time line of their existence makes sense. Carefully check the references for exactly their involvement in any transaction. Transition Companies seems to be the latest and greatest addition to list list of Dallas Companies who are experts in the sale of privately held small to medium companies. Their website and collateral materials indicate that they have been around for many years. The BBB in greater Dallas represents that Transition Companies has been a member since October of 08, WHEN THEY WERE FORMED. Further investigation has connected, Succel, Inc. and a Mergers and Acquisition company as combining to form The Transition Companies. The time line on this places (((REDACTED))) who is the listed principal of Succel, in a position of being Sales Manager of (((REDACTED))) , while at the same time actively running Succel. If they seem too smooth, if it sounds too good to be true, and they want you to write a check on the spot- be extra, extra did I say extra careful. Anonymous Shadow Hills, California
