I saw a report on this company and did a little research because the name of the woman who runs this scam is Jodie Goodnight, as listed in the other report. A couple of years ago she called me about my 2003 Silverado SS asking to place it with her company. Her son, Justin Armstrong, took over from there. Jodie came and picked up the car. Justin told me it was placed with a woman. Jodie was that woman. She made 3 payments and never got insurance. I never received a completed contract.

When I tried to get the truck back I got the run-around from Justin with promise after promise failing. I could not find the truck anywhere. The police would not help. After several months of research into previous companies run by these people, I found out the Jodie Goodnight is also known as Jodie Armstrong and also goes by Judie. I showed up on her doorstep one day only to find out she had let her boyfriend, Greg Goodnight, use the truck. He was using it to run drugs! I know this because of talking to the family of Justin's girlfriend, a former associate of theirs, and the DEA agent who impounded my truck in the undercover drug bust. That is how I got the truck back (with and extra 16,000 miles and $500 in damages, and excessive wear). I had to travel from Dallas to Los Angeles to get the truck.

After seeing Jodie's name on a ripoff report, I called the company and talked to her for a minute. She confirmed that she is the only person operating this company. She struggled with answering even the simplest questions. She told me she had been in business 12 years with this company. That is a flat out lie. All references are fakes. When I asked her if she was in any way related to or aligned with any of those companies like Auto Solutions (one of her old scams she ran with Greg Goodnight, Justin Armstrong, Kelly Armstrong, Adam Smith, and another man named Tom Blackmon who actually helped me out a lot) she denied it. When I asked her name (I was posing as a possible customer just making sure everything was legit) she hung up on me.

Do not place your vehicle with any of these types of payment companies. They are illegal. The website will tell you (unless Jodie reads this and removes this part) that this does not violate your contract with your lender/lessor, but that is absolutely wrong. Call your bank. In fact, when I demanded the return of my truck, they threatened to call my lender because I had violated my contract! This is simply a scam and will continue to pop up under different names.

I have a thick file of research on these people if you need help finding your vehicle. I do not want any kind of reimbursement or fee of any kind to help you out. I will be glad to tell you whatever I know.

Jodie Goodnight, AKA Jodie Armstrong, AKA Jodie Fox, AKA Josephine Fox, AKA Judie Fox, AKA Judie Goodnight, AKA Judie Armstrong, has worked with www.autosolutions.tv, www.assumemypayments.com, www.thetransportationexchange.com, Take My Payments, and possibly others. She has worked with Greg Goodnight (may be Gregg) (extensive criminal record last time I checked & that was before he was caught moving drugs) who is her boyfriend, Justin Armstrong, Kelly Armstrong, Tom Blackmon, WillWeir (may have only been involved on the drug side), and Adam Smith. I have a whole lot more info than this that I will give to anyone filing claims. Some information I will only give to law enforcement agencies/agents or lawyers representing plaintiffs against these people. I do not want to support vigilante justice that may physically harm anyone, but I do want these people brought to justice. I know they operate or have operated out of the LA area, Kilgore, TX, Saginaw, TX, Las Vegas, and Henderson, NV.
