My stepfather ordered a PA system from TTG. It arrived broken. When he contacted the company via email to ask about return shipping and a replacement unit he was told that he was responsible for return shipping. He returned the unit at a cost of $48.60. After a few days he recieved another email stating that TTG would not send out a replacement unit instead they would refund the purchace price minus shipping charges. Now he is out nearly $100.00 and has nothing to show for it. I am now on a mission to let everyone know about the business practices of The Twister Group. Here is a copy of a letter I have sent to TTG.

Eugene Pritsker,
I represent one of your customers that feels as though they were ripped off by your company. Although it appears that you operate within the confines of the law, it in no way makes your business practices morally acceptable. This email is to inform you that your behavior will no longer be accepted. I am in the process of contacting EVERY person that feels that they have been wronged by your company. We then will be contacting your advertisers, the Secretary of State in Illinois Jessee White, and anyone else that will listen to our stories. We too will operate within the confines of the law. We will not fictitiously slander your company. We will only come together as a group and let our experiences be heard. Let the rest of the world draw their own conclusions about your actions. While you may be able to intimidate and threaten your customers on a one on one basis, I will comfort them with the fact that there is strength in numbers. Have a great day.
