I also did a sponsor trial offer for something online like an IPad or a computer or something like that and The Ultimate facial offer was one of the trial offers to fulfill my 2-3 offers...I also did a netflix offer at the same time in which I have cancelled and they were great about it! This monster company The Ultimate Facial has not been! I immediately cancelled this trial because I just didn't feel right about it. I cancelled online and received a confirmation cancellation page with instructions on how to return the package.

Well, I was trying to figure out why I couldn't just cancel and not receive the package so I called the company and was told that I couldn't just stop the package from being sent out because it was coming from a different place than the address that the package was being sent from. The cancellation information that I received online gave me the old address with my new RMD number for the return...nothing in the cancellation suggested that I needed to check my email for further information or another return address.

Well, believe me the options that they give you if you cancel their product are : you are responsible to ship it back to them in good condition and you are responsible for shipping it back; if you decide to keep the product, you can pay the company like $19 or something; Well I didn't want either option...I wanted to get rid of it all so I faithfully waited until this product came and immediately...the same day...I used the address that I got from my cancellation...Here is the information that I copied and pasted from my cancellation:

Your The Ultimate Facial account has been successfully cancelled:

My Name
My Address

So I follow these directions to the tee...I even get a confirmation reciept to show that the product was delivered on the 5th of March. I call the company to verify receipt when I confirmed delivery online and they first told me that they had not received the package. Well I kept calling...and finally a rep told me that it was sent to the wrong address...it was sent to their "Old Office address" well I told them that you all do have possession of the package right and it is at one of your offices well before the time right? I was told yes.

I called again on the 9th of March and they were still showing that they had not received my package from one of their offices to the next which I had no control over...now that's 5-6 days in between the time the package was received at their "old office address" and when it could've been transferred to their "new office address"...Well yesterday I noticed they had charged me $78.41. I call them immediately and have the most rudest customer service experiences ever. I spoke to a rep named Rick...

I couldn't understand half of what he was saying and he kept trying to out talk me...finally scheduled a return call for a manger to call me. Well that was 2 days ago. So I called again today and spoke to a rep named Michelle @ 1:15pm CST who told me that their was no manager there to take my call. Still have not heard from that manager so I am calling again soon. They have another thing coming if they think they are going to keep my money. I have no product and have lost money. If I don't see my money back in my account within the next 24 hours I am going to sue.
