I was given poor information about the item I had shipped using this company and when I called to resolve this issue the owner was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. Instead of being helpful with my situation the owner was extremely rude. I will never use this store for shipping in the future and will never refer anyone to this store. Work shipping experience as well as customer service experience .
