On 14 Nov 2016, I ordered "The Beatles Vinyl Record Clock" for $69.99 plus shipping and handling fee through an advertisement on Facebook. The money was deducted from my credit card right away. I received an email from The Variety Shop saying my purchase was confirmed (without an order number) and that orders may take up to 30 days to ship.

On December 8, 2016 they send me another email with a tracking number for the USPS which is not a valid number stating that my order has been shipped.

I try to contact them on 23 Dec via Facebook and they only asked for my order number that they never given me.

This is a 100% scam shop and I'm really frustating and don't know how to get my money back. And I am very furious that Facebook is allowing this kind of scam activities.

I'm wondering has anyone ever received the said product before?
