 This is a company purported to do rentals on a short term basis. The broker Alistair Powell gave up his license as it was revoked and got the short term stay license. His bbb reviews and Yelp and Birdseye are deceptive. Any client who complains is sued for defamation so the unsuspecting client is fooled as they are very charming initially They do not pay property owners. They collect more money then they report they then charge for repairs not done In my home they rented for 8 days they had me owe them 32 dollars and stored a golf cart after th rental. They locked me out of my home and when I changed the lock they threatened me that if I do not get down immediately to open the garage they would report me for stealing their property They then reported me and I am a client with a real estate license to the Bbb with my broker for a breach of contract which was thrown out after I called These are bad people to do business with. There is a ripoff report on their dealings in England.
