I entered the info that was requested and made a payment. The web site states a maxium waiting time is two hours. If the service isn't provided by that time, to contact them by email. (The terms noted are : After you purchase, you may not dispute the payment. Donations are non-refundable.) I sent an email after two hours of not recieving the service, and then sent another email when I didn't receive a reply. I sent a third email at the end of the day. Never received a response or the service.
