The Wedding Plaza - Ariana Studios Wedding Plaza Shockingly bad: Verbally abused customers; broke contract with customers Floral Park New York

Wedding planning can be stressful. The Wedding Plaza, also called Ariana Studios, in Floral Park, NY made it absolutely miserable. The overall service was outrageously bad. Here are some specifics, but our grievances were certainly not limited to these...

Complaint 1: We were verbally abused by the floral designer, Tony Fiore, at least 3 times. He insulted our taste in floral arrangements, snapped at us time and time again, and ultimately asked to break the contract with us. Completely unprofessional. Even as we tried to show patience with him and expressed our concern like normal adults, he would continue to verbally abuse us.

Complaint 2: The photographer, Peter, broke various aspects of our contract with him, including 1.) going back on his word that we would have an extra day of shooting aside from the wedding day, and 2.) he requested to leave the wedding one hour earlier, failing to stay the full length of his contract requirement. In addition, he also refused to take simple photos that we requested, such as groups shots of some of the tables.

Complaint 3: Through all of this, the manager, Jeff Arturo, didn't apologize once for his employees' deplorable and unspeakable behavior and service. No apologies, no effort to make ammends.

Overall, you would think a wedding company would understand the stresses of wedding planning. The Wedding Plaza (Ariana Studios) showed no understanding whatsoever, no willingness to provide even the basic level of services. We were treated like dirt.
