I ordered a set of Dale Jr Cannon rims for my truck on 7/27/09 and the website advertised ships in 7 to 10 days. On 8/7 I emailed Mike Brockman and asked for a tracking number or some status on my purchase. I never got a response.

I then decided I would call the wheel connection on 8/10, to my dissapointment I spent hours on hold only to be disconnected or hung up on. When I finally talked to someone They asked my phone number and never returned my call. I called then on 8/11 and was on the phone over half the day tring to get some answers to my disapointment I found the same kind of piss poor service of being on hold for hours only to be disconnected.

I then decided to contact the better business bureau and the Mo. Attorney Genral, I was then emailed by Mike Brokman but he danced around all my questions about the status of my wheels. I was then billed a second time and when I called the wheel connection about this I was rudly yelled at and hung up on. At this Point I contacted my Credit card company and cancelled all payments and closeed my account.

I tried to cancel my order numerous times and was promised I would recieve a fax with the cancallation form, never got one. I now have wheels on the way that I AM NOT WILL NOT PAY FOR. I plan on sending them back immediatly, i will not open the package as UPS said they will then be shipped at the Wheel Connections expense. 

I googled the wheel connection to find nothing but complaints, not one good comment, The better business bureau had 86 complaints on the wheel connection and rated them as a F.

I canould go on for hours on how bad this expeirance has been, my advice to you is never ever order anything from the wheel connection. If you made the mistake of ordering from the wheel connection cancel payment/start a new account on your credit card immediatly and do not open the packages when UPS drops them off, Send them straight back and you will not be charged a dime. This place is a bunch of scam artist, I have read many comments on the wheel connection and none were good piss poor service and the product usually is damage according to all the complaints I have read.

WARNING DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THE WHEEL CONNECTION!!!!! If you still have doubts just go to google maps and google 1866 S Franklin Springfield MO, 65807, the place looks abandoned to me, you decide. This is my warning to any one considering this joint, you have been warned
