The Whelping Box Store very CHEAP product and even worse cutomer service!!!! very rude and insulting!!! Internet

we ordered a whelping box from this company that advertises on ther web site 5-7 days delivery<WRONG!!! we orderd and paid for on January 11th and did not receive until January 25th, (after the puppies were born) when it did finally arrive we opened the box and found the CHEAPEST bunch of plywood with some primer paint slapped on it and a one page instuction sheet that says 5-15 minutes for constuction and no tools required<WRONG AGAIN!!!! the instuction were hard to follow and had to redrill holes to make things fit. so we called for help and they told us to just follow the instuctions that is easy to asseble. if it were that easy i would not of had to call. when we did call for help we were told they did not have time to talk to us that we had to email them for help. so we emailed with our problem and the response we got from them, and i quote! ("not the smartest peanut in the turd huh"?) what an insult. the puppies were born in a carrier we bought from petmart and when we tried to move them into the whelping box the mother dog would not even get in. we put the pups in the whelping box and the mother dog was pulling them out to move back to where she had them. we asked to return the box and low and behold they have a no return policy. so we paid $160.00 for something we cannot use. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!
