I responded to a pamphlet ad for the Zaken Company. It said that there was a double money back gaurantee if for any reason I sent it back within 7 days. That's where the problem comes in. I didn' recieve for at least 2 weeks.
I had checked to see if the purchase had posted to my credit card and it hadn't so I tried to stop payment with my credit card company and they said once it post's on your card you will have to contact the company.
Well I have done that and a lady by the name of Nichelle said I have to send in a money back request form and "THEY" will decide if I deserve to get my money back. I don't want the double back guarantee I just want my $189.00 back. After reading a lot of the stories about this company online
I am probly crazy to think I will ever see that money again. What a scam! I feel completely violated. Please help if theres anything that can be done.
